Now Chair of The Gender Index and lead of the Conditions to Scale workstream for the UK Government's Invest in Women Taskforce. Sam has spent 25 years making the economic case for backing women — and building the infrastructure to do it.

Two problems that turn out to be the same problem.
Female founders struggle to raise. Professional women with capital struggle to get near good early-stage deals. Both groups are shut out of the same closed network, and solving either one in isolation doesn't work.
XX Invest connects them, with enough structure that neither side is relying on luck: a published thesis, real checks on who we feature, honest briefs, and a group of investors who understand what they're looking at.
